It looks like some WiFi certs have shown up confirming that Android 6.0 Marshmallow will soon be coming to some versions of the Xperia Z4 and Xperia Z5.Even though these certs are one of the last steps to an official release of Marshmallow to an Android device, it could still be several weeks (or months away) before these are vetted and released to consumer Sony smartphones.
