# SamsungGalaxyS7 # iPhone6S – Samsung Galaxy S7 and Apple iPhone 6S Expected to Compete in Q4 2015 – A South Korean website has stirred a new rumor and according to this report, the company is actually planning to release their next flagship phone, the Samsung
Galaxy S7 as early as 2015. The phone will be launched in the fourth quarter of the year.

If they are going to hurry it so much, it might probably be an unfinished product or maybe if every feature and
hardware was confirmed years ago, this could be another great phone.

The idea behind this hurried launch is to compete with the upcoming iPhone 6S.

Apple has not confirmed whether they are planning to go with an S variant for the iPhone 6. They may even skip the model and directly go with iPhone 7. At the moment it is unclear because the launch date is months away. The company has a yearly schedule of launching phones in the month of September or October.

Early Development Phase
Throughout the years, Samsung has always launched their flagship phones in the first quarter of a new year. If they are going to follow the usual pattern, the Galaxy S7 will get launched in February or March.

But, the South Korean website claims that they have speeded up the process by at least three months, aiming to bring the phone at the same time when Apple launches their next iPhone, probably the 6S. The company is also going to launch the Galaxy Note 5 sooner than the proposed timeline.

Rumored Samsung Phone
Another rumor, which was earlier circulating and now amplified by the website is that Samsung is also working on a bigger version of the Galaxy S6 Edge. The phone has been named as the S6 Edge Plus which will have a really large screen, probably similar to the size of a 7-inch tablet, but made compact so that users could conveniently use it like a phone.

The trend of making bigger phones is becoming too common these days. Consumers did support it, but these are devices that hardly make any sense in daily usage. They are too tough to hold, consume too much of
battery and look so weird. Will iPhone 6S and Galaxy S7 be the first flops because of being too big? Do you think so? Tell us.
